Sheet metal fabrication, machining, welding and assembly — we continuously invest in new technology to meet our customers' high demands.
Sheet metal fabrication
Microstep MasterCut plasma cutter with a 6000×3000 mm working area, plus our own laser cutter (12 kW) for sheet thickness up to 30 mm. Press brake 250 tonnes, 3 m bending length, with dynamic bending assist.
Welding
Welding robot (Fanuc, 6-axis) and manual Kemppi welding stations. Lifting capacity 2,500 kg, workpieces up to 6 m and material thickness from 4 mm. All welders are certified.
Machining
A CNC machine park with HAAS (VF-2, VF-3YT, VF-4) and Mazak VTC-800 (4+1-axis) ensures capacity and flexibility in the production flow.
Assembly
Assembly and functional testing of complete products and subsystems. Our test tower is used to test lift masts, among other things, with test loads up to 14 metres of lift height.
Quality
ISO 9001 and 14001 certified processes. A measuring arm (Hexagon Absolute Arm, 7-axis) with PC-DMIS inspects components and finished products.
Design & engineering
Autodesk Inventor (incl. FEM preparation) and Fusion CAM — a close link between development and production, from idea to tested product.
Painting
Painting is already part of our offering, and we are currently investing in our own powder coating plant, now being installed, for even shorter lead times.
Custom lifting systems
Lift masts, chassis and subsystems
We design and manufacture lift masts, chassis and integrated subsystems that are built into the products of other material handling manufacturers — from traditional trucks to AGVs and automation solutions. Everything is tested in our own test facility before delivery.
Lift masts
Simplex, duplex, triplex, quad and trilateral. Capacity 200–8,000 kg, lift height up to 12 m — tested on a test rig up to 14 metres.
Chassis & structural subsystems
Welded and machined chassis and structural components for integration into trucks and material handling equipment.
AGV & automation
Integrated lifting systems at leading manufacturers of driverless trucks — modular design, tailored to each customer's individual requirements.
Stationary lifts
Fixed lifting and handling equipment — repalletising stations, rotators and fork units, complementing our mobile lift masts.
Tyre handling trucks
Complete trucks for safe and ergonomic wheel handling
We manufacture complete trucks specially adapted for wheel handling, designed to meet high demands for safety and ergonomics. The trucks are distributed through our reseller Wheelsystem.
Electric pedestrian stacker
Electric drive and hydraulic lift for safe, ergonomic handling of wheels up to 6.5 m height. Compact design, fork camera and maintenance-free batteries.
Manual pedestrian stacker
The most compact truck on the market, with an aisle width as low as 1,100 mm. Hydraulic lift up to 4.5 m — ideal for low-intensity handling or limited space.
Electric sit-down/stand-up stacker
For high-intensity applications, with adaptive travel speed, adjustable driving position and high capacity.
